Biology A level builds on the concepts encountered at GCSE. It develops an understanding of scientific methods and knowledge invaluable to any further study. Candidates will also learn about advances in technology relevant to science and understand Biology within Society.
Biology A level is usually a requirement for certain science based university courses, including Veterinary science, Biological sciences, Environmental Sciences and Physiology.
